Emily Hilliard

Emily Hilliard is a writer and folklorist whose work has appeared on NPR, the blog for the Southern Foodways Alliance, and in the forthcoming Oxford Companion to Sweets. She teaches at the University of Michigan's New England Literature Program and was a 2014 Berea College Appalachian Sound Archives Fellow. She writes the pie blog Nothing in the House.
