Jeanne Emmons’s collections of poetry include Rootbound (New Rivers, 1998), Baseball Nights and DDT (Pecan Grove, 2005) and The Glove of the World (Backwaters, 2006). Her poetry has won the James Hearst Prize and the Comstock Prize, among others, and has been published in numerous literary journals, including Alaska Quarterly Review, American Scholar, Confrontation, Cream City Review, Prairie Schooner, New Orleans Review, and South Carolina Review. She is poetry editor of the Briar Cliff Review.
