Menu Menu Kevin Prufer is the author of five poetry collections, the most recent of which are In a Beautiful Country (Four Way, 2011) and National Anthem (Four Way, 2008), named one of the best five poetry books of the year by Publishers Weekly. He’s also editor of New European Poets (Graywolf, 2008) and a professor in the creative writing program at the University of Houston.
