Maggie Shipstead

Maggie Shipstead is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and a former Stegner Fellow at Stanford. Her short fiction has appeared in Tin House, the Virginia Quarterly Rerview, American Short Fiction, Subtropics, Best American Short Stories, and elsewhere. This winter she is in residence at the Cité Internationale des Arts, in Paris, and her first novel, Seating Arrangements, will be published in June.
