Matthew Vollmer

Matthew Vollmer is the author of the story collection Future Missionaries of America. Recent work has appeared or is forthcoming in the Sun, Glimmer Train, the New England Review, and elsewhere. He is co-editor, with David Shields, of Fakes: An Anthology of Pseudo-interviews, Faux-Lectures, Quasi-Letters, “Found” Texts, and Other Fraudulent Artifacts, forthcoming from W. W. Norton in fall 2012. He teaches in the MFA program at Virginia Tech.
