Sydney Lea

Sydney Lea is the author of eight poetry collections, most recently Ghost Pain (Sarabande Books, 2005), two books of naturalist nonfiction, Hunting the Whole Way Home (The Lyons Press, 2002) and A Little Wildness: Some Notes on Rambling (Story Line Press, 2006), and A Place in Mind (Story Line Press, 1997), a novel. He recently co-chaired the leadership committee of the Downeast Lakes Forestry Partnership, which put nearly four thousand acres and five hundred miles of lake shoreline in Maine into conservancy. He lives in northern Vermont.
