Kathryn Miles

Kathryn Miles is the author of Superstorm: Nine Days Inside Hurricane Sandy, released by Dutton in 2014; All Standing; and Adventures With Ari. Her work appears in publications including The Best American Essays, Outside, Popular Mechanics, and the New York Times. She currently serves as writer-in-residence for Green Mountain College and as a faculty member for Chatham University’s low-residency MFA program. She lives with her family in Portland, Maine.
