Catherine Pierce

Catherine Pierce is the author of five books of poems, most recently Dear Beast, as well as the memoir-in-essays Foxes for Everybody. A recipient of fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Academy of American Poets, Pierce served as poet laureate of Mississippi from 2021–2025. She now lives in Delaware, where she runs the online poetry community Studio & Craft.
